Senior SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and schedules.

• Manage cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and strategies for risk mitigation.

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to collect requirements and achieve consensus.

• Oversee activities related to data migration, system integration, testing, and user training.

• Ensure adherence to organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks.

• Monitor project performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to executive leadership.

• Address project issues and escalate critical risks as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management.

• Strong knowledge of SAP modules.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as understanding SAP Activate methodology.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to lead global teams and navigate multicultural dynamics.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods sectors.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
