Senior SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Leading and managing SAP projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including aspects of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Establishing and enhancing the project organization with effective governance, methodology, resource planning, and project cost accounting.

• Coordinating all project activities and modifications, along with professional change and risk management involving relevant stakeholders.

• Ensuring transparent, solution-driven communication and adeptly handling escalation issues with confidence.

• Delivering tangible customer value through innovative IT initiatives, comprehensive solution strategies, and actively nurturing and expanding customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in leading SAP projects, paired with solid SAP consulting and IT expertise.

• Completed higher education (e.g., university, University of Applied Sciences, or federal diploma) and preferably certifications in SAP and project management.

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities, coupled with high social competence and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach, service-oriented attitude, and a reliable, precise working style.

• Team-oriented, open, and flexible personality that promotes a positive working environment and actively fosters and maintains customer relationships.

• Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English, both written and spoken.
