Senior SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading and managing SAP projects through their entire lifecycle, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Establishing and continually enhancing the project organization, which includes governance, methodology, resource planning, and project cost accounting.

• Coordinating all project activities and modifications, while implementing effective change and risk management with relevant stakeholders.

• Ensuring clear, solution-oriented communication and confidently addressing escalation issues.

• Delivering measurable value to customers through innovative IT initiatives, comprehensive solution strategies, and actively nurturing and expanding customer relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in leading SAP projects, paired with robust SAP consulting and IT expertise.

• Completed higher education (e.g., university/technical college/professional diploma) and preferably holds certifications in SAP and project management.

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, alongside high social competence and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, customer-service orientation, and a dependable, precise approach to work.

• Team-oriented, open, and adaptable personality that enhances a positive work environment and actively fosters client relationships.

• Proficient in German and possess good English language skills, both written and spoken.
