Senior SAP PM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be involved in SAP PM/EAM projects, focusing primarily on implementation, transformation, and optimization initiatives within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

• You will engage in process capture with clients, evaluating the current state and designing future maintenance and asset management workflows.

• You will provide guidance to clients on mapping and enhancing processes related to technical objects, equipment, notifications, maintenance plans, maintenance orders, and confirmations.

• You will take charge of subprojects and assist clients throughout the phases of requirements gathering, design, implementation, and go-live.

• You will manage the customizing and functional configuration of SAP PM/EAM processes.

• You will collaborate closely with related SAP areas such as MM, PP, FI/CO, PS, and Service Management.

• You will support S/4HANA transformations and lend your expertise to the advancement of modern maintenance solutions.

• Beyond traditional project responsibilities, you will also tackle additional topics such as pre-sales, process consulting, or the strategic enhancement of our consulting services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in SAP PM/EAM.

• In-depth process knowledge in maintenance, technical asset management, or related maintenance workflows.

• A proven history of successful SAP PM/EAM projects—preferably as a subproject leader or responsible consultant.

• Familiarity with technical objects, equipment, functional locations, notifications, maintenance plans, maintenance orders, and confirmations.

• Experience in customizing SAP PM/EAM.

• Ideally, experience working within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

• Comfortable interacting with interfaces to related modules such as SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, PS, or Service Management.

• You possess a consulting mindset: structured, communicative, and solution-oriented.

• You enjoy understanding client processes, challenging them, and collaboratively developing improved solutions with your clients.
