Senior SAP Payroll Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Management of one or more customer assignments

• Facilitate design workshops to gather payroll requirements

• Analyze client needs related to the PY module

• Develop functional documentation and workbooks

• Implement customer specifications in the SAP HCM PY or SF Employee Central Payroll module, with assistance from the technical consulting team in our service centers

• Collaborate with the team on data migration, particularly for master and payroll data

• Oversee the Testing Cycle, including Unit Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Parallel Testing

• Ensure proactive alignment across work streams, such as in hybrid SuccessFactors EC and EC Payroll projects

• Assist Sales/Pre-Sales during Due Diligence Workshops for payroll with potential clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Swiss Payroll and its associated processes

• Expertise in Swiss SAP payroll configuration

• Strong client orientation and comprehension of client requirements

• A positive attitude and ability to collaborate internally and externally within our teams across Europe and India

• Proficiency in both German and English

• Familiarity with SAP Reporting tools, such as ad-hoc query and wage type reporter

• Knowledge of payroll and post-payroll processes, including finance posting files

• Potential experience in maintaining and supporting the SAP Payroll system

• Proven track record of multiple payroll project implementations

• Experience in a virtual, team-oriented, home office setting within a collaborative, multinational environment (using tools like Teams chat and Outlook)
