Senior SAP OpenText VIM Specialist – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance SAP OpenText VIM solutions within a DevOps framework

• Execute incident resolution, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements

• Set up and support approval workflows as well as invoice processing

• Assist in the design and functional advancement of the platform

• Work in collaboration with global teams and stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in comprehensive SAP OpenText VIM projects

• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments

• Practical experience with BCC and/or Invoice Extraction Service (IES)

• Experience with various invoice input methods (OCR, email, manual upload, and IDocs)

• Extensive knowledge of approval workflows, Chart of Accounts (CoA), and expense types

• Experience in the automatic derivation of attributes (G/L, cost center), particularly for Non-PO scenarios

• Understanding of processing PO invoices, Non-PO invoices, and down payments

• Strong grasp of SAP VIM end-to-end processes

• Capability to work independently and address challenges

• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
