Senior SAP MM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and elaborate on requirements in collaboration with business areas and stakeholders.

• Perform feasibility and impact assessments for requests, suggesting solutions that align with SAP best practices.

• Execute configuration and customization within the SAP MM module based on project needs.

• Draft functional specifications for ABAP developments, integrations, and other technical components.

• Engage in functional decisions pertaining to Supply Chain and Materials Management processes.

• Work on purchasing, procurement, materials management, and inventory workflows.

• Assist with SAP MM integrations with additional modules, including FI, CO, SD, PP, and WM/EWM.

• Create test scenarios and scripts, and perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Provide support to key users during the validation, training, and implementation of new functionalities.

• Carry out impact assessments on processes, data, integrations, and interfaces resulting from proposed modifications.

• Take part in change management activities, environment setup, and Go-Live preparations.

• Aid in post-implementation operations and the stabilization of deployed solutions.

• Prepare and sustain functional documentation, solution designs, operating procedures, and training resources.

• Contribute to innovative initiatives, process enhancements, and the incorporation of SAP best practices.

• Operate in a consultative and autonomous capacity, fostering the continuous improvement of SAP MM processes and solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an SAP MM Analyst/Consultant.

• Familiarity with Purchasing, Materials Management, Inventory, and Procurement processes.

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing requirements.

• Competence in configuring and customizing the SAP MM module.

• Knowledge of drafting functional specifications.

• Proven experience leading and conducting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Understanding of SAP MM integrations with other SAP modules.

• Background in SAP implementation, rollout, or enhancement projects.

• Strong analytical and communication abilities when collaborating with business areas.
