Senior SAP MM-Ariba Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive SAP MM/Ariba implementations on SAP S/4HANA, encompassing workshops, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and support during go-live.

• Provide solutions for Ariba Network / Order Collaboration that include PO processing, Order Confirmation, ASN, SES, and Goods Receipt, integrating seamlessly with S/4HANA MM.

• Design and execute the integration between Ariba and S/4HANA, focusing on data mappings, interfaces, and data quality controls.

• Develop and sustain Functional Specifications for enhancements, interfaces, conversions, and reports, ensuring clear acceptance criteria are established.

• Organize and carry out Unit, Integration, and UAT testing in collaboration with business users; oversee defect management, sign-offs, and traceability.

• Lead data migration initiatives, plan cutover activities, and ensure stabilization post-go-live; deliver training and user documentation.

• Uphold governance, security, and compliance standards; promote process enhancements and best practices in procurement.

• Guide team members and play an active role in project delivery, risk management, and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP procurement consulting.

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Ariba and S/4HANA MM processes.

• Familiarity with Ariba Business Network / Order Collaboration, including PO, Order Confirmation, ASN, SES, and Goods Receipt.

• Proven experience with Ariba–S/4HANA integration.

• Experience in creating Functional Specifications, conducting UAT, and providing support to business users.

• Proficient in Italian language at a B2+ level.
