Senior SAP HR Consultant, German Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing the technical and functional vision of the solution

• Guarantee the success of implementation and enhancement projects

• Engage in all project phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support

• Serve as a primary reference for SAP HCM Payroll both internally and externally

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP HCM German Payroll (PY)

• Practical experience with schemas and PCRs

• Strong understanding of payroll integration (TM, FI)

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in teams

• Proficient in English and Italian
