SAP HCM Payroll Support, Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the implementation journey.

• Tailor SAP Payroll solutions to align with client specifications while adhering to Strada standards.

• Execute system testing to ensure functionality and compliance with outlined specifications.

• Efficiently manage priorities to adhere to set deadlines.

• Maintain transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and the project team.

• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR framework.

• Assist in go-live activities to guarantee payroll system readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with the SAP HCM application.

• 2-3 successful HCM support and implementation projects.

• Extensive knowledge of payroll configurations for European countries, particularly Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

• Strong client orientation, accountability for results, and a clear dedication to team and project success.

• Proficient in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
