This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborating with our clients to comprehend their existing payroll needs to recommend effective Strada solutions.
• Analyzing client business challenges and constraints to suggest optimal solutions.
• Capturing and documenting client requirements as necessary and creating pertinent work packages based on the agreed solutions.
• Leading the design of solutions, reviewing, and aligning deliverables to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
• Ensuring that lessons learned from both functional and technical perspectives are thoroughly completed.
• Providing project objectives and deliverables to the functional and technical resources assigned to the project.
• Documenting any deviations from Strada standards and communicating them to the project team.
• Offering subject matter expertise on all technical and functional issues related to SAP payroll.
• Providing subject matter expertise to all technical and functional resources involved in the project.
• Serving as the Payroll lead/SPOC for SAP Payroll Management development, defect identification, and resolution.
• Troubleshooting and resolving HCM & Payroll issues for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems promptly and accurately.
• Acting as the primary escalation point within the project or as SPOC within maintenance service for all implementation and system configuration issues.
• Ensuring proficiency and quality in the configuration, usage, and deployment of OM/PA/PY/TM modules in the assigned project, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Working closely with Project Managers, team members, and Service Delivery Management.
• Mentoring junior colleagues.
• Supporting the Sales and Pre-Sales teams as needed.
• Collaborating with the payroll implementation team on system build tasks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a Business or Technical focus, or equivalent experience.
• Proven exceptional experience in SAP Payroll Functional and Technical implementation and configuration.
• In-depth understanding of country-specific Payroll legislation and practices for Germany.
• Experience in a consulting role within a complex payroll technology environment.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build successful relationships with clients and teams.
• Proficient in written and verbal German.
• Business proficient in English.
