This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director to facilitate bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Execute and manage comprehensive payroll activities for a workforce of about 200–300 employees.
• Supervise employee maintenance tasks associated with payroll.
• Oversee and manage all payroll-related functions within Paycom.
• Work in conjunction with Care Coordinators to finalize caregiver schedules.
• Prepare, review, and oversee weekly client billing and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Care Coordinators to confirm schedules, approved hours, and client-specific pricing before billing.
• Handle accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Communicate directly with clients and their families.
• Maintain overall responsibility for Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) coordination.
• Reconcile payroll, billing, and related accounting reports.
• Assist with month-end accounting tasks related to payroll, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of payroll and billing records.
• Aid in the transition and knowledge transfer from outgoing payroll and billing personnel.
• Support finance leadership with various ad hoc accounting duties.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll, billing, or accounting operations.
• Practical experience in supporting payroll processing and client billing.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage confidential financial information.
• Experience collaborating with finance teams in a rapidly growing or multi-entity setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• **Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience in supporting healthcare, home care, or private-pay service organizations.
• Familiarity with payroll and billing processes in U.S.-based companies.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, or billing systems such as Paycom, WellSky, or similar platforms.
• Background in managing accounts receivable and client billing communications.
• Experience assisting finance operations during periods of expansion or acquisitions.
• **Educational Requirements & Certifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant accounting or payroll certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
