Senior SAP Enterprise Architect, SAP Data Migration Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Establish the SAP consulting team in Lithuania.

• Design and execute SAP S/4HANA solutions primarily targeting the manufacturing and automotive sectors.

• Serve as the solution architect for SAP S/4HANA implementations, whether they are greenfield projects or conversions.

• Identify operational deficiencies and create solution alternatives utilizing best practice methods while taking into account customer application landscapes.

• Lead projects partially or fully through all stages of the SAP project life cycle.

• Engage with various stakeholders regarding innovative IT strategies.

• Assume professional leadership of functional streams.

• Develop comprehensive architectures that consider business processes as part of transformation initiatives on SAP S/4HANA.

• Oversee the selection, development, and guidance of the SAP Data & Technology team in Lithuania.

• Build and sustain the team in terms of capacity, seniority, and skill sets.

• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth.

• Ensure the team's utilization and delivery excellence.

• Collaborate with and report to the team lead for SAP Lithuania.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, economics, or computer science, or a comparable program focused on finance or logistics.

• Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.

• Familiarity with the SAP product portfolio, successfully implemented SAP Best Practice solutions, and the Activate Methodology.

• Proven experience in SAP Advisory, Pre-Sales, and Solutioning.

• Over 7 years of experience in S/4 HANA Implementation, System Conversion, and Landscape Transformation.

• At least four full lifecycle implementations or rollouts and support experience.

• Knowledge of S/4 HANA Enterprise Architecture and data migration.

• In-depth understanding of various SAP modules and the capability to research and apply business best practices.

• Experience in designing and enhancing business processes and controls, with significant business process re-engineering experience.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals, status, and deliverables effectively to senior executives.

• Familiarity with the SAP Activate Methodology.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar capacity.

• Strong technical and analytical skills, along with project management expertise.

• Effective leadership and motivational capabilities.

• Proven track record in consultative solution development and delivery.

• Experience in project and program management.

• Certification in S/4 HANA or other SAP Solutions is advantageous.

• Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.

• Experience in creating architectural models and visual representations.

• High customer orientation, a service mindset, and business acumen.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong writing, mentoring, decision-making, and meeting facilitation skills.

• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues in delivering quality projects and consulting services.

• Willingness to travel and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
