Senior SAP Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and execution of SAP S/4 HANA technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors across the US, APAC, and Europe to ensure smooth integration between SAP S/4 HANA and other enterprise systems as well as end-to-end solutions.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to improve system efficiency and performance.

• Resolve complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

• Keep abreast of emerging SAP S/4 HANA technologies, trends, and best practices to foster continuous innovation and technical excellence.

• Promote technical excellence and innovation.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to SAP S/4 HANA Developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in SAP development, with a minimum of 2 years in an SAP S/4 HANA environment.

• Expertise in ABAP, CDS Views, OData, Fiori, SAP BTP, C-ALM, and other SAP development tools.

• Proven experience working with global teams, particularly in the US, APAC, and Europe.

• Strong organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel up to 15%, including occasional overnight and limited international travel as business needs arise.

• Prior experience in an SAP S4HANA transformation project is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are beneficial.

• Experience in leading an ABAP team is a plus.
