Senior SAP ABAP, Fiori & HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in digitalization initiatives for user experience and Human Resources processes.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain SAP Fiori applications (SAPUI5/Fiori elements).

• Configure the Fiori Launchpad, including catalogs, groups/spaces, and user profiles.

• Manage OData services through SAP Gateway and, when applicable, SAP BTP.

• Assist with integrations involving legacy systems and external solutions.

• Work collaboratively with both functional and technical teams.

• Enhance the world through technology by providing consulting solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP Fiori for HCM, encompassing SAPUI5, Fiori elements, OData, and SAP Gateway.

• Practical knowledge of HR processes within SAP HCM (PY, PT, and related fields).

• Understanding of core SAP HCM objects and tables for designing suitable UIs and services.

• Familiarity with Fiori Launchpad configuration.

• Capability to diagnose and enhance front-end and back-end OData performance.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams.

• Experience with SAP BTP (CAP, SAP Build Apps/Process Automation, Destinations) is a plus.

• Background in SAP SuccessFactors integrations and/or hybrid HCM scenarios is a plus.

• Knowledge of UX best practices (Design Thinking, prototyping, and user testing) is a plus.

• Familiarity with ABAP for technical discussions and modifications to OData services.

• Previous involvement in HCM projects in Brazil (PY/payroll localization, eSocial) is a plus.
