This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Engage in discussions with business users to identify reporting needs and create dashboards and reports that enhance data visibility for leadership, business units, and the overall user community.
β’ Analyze business reporting requirements and convert them into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.
β’ Offer guidance to both business users and technical team members on optimal methods for developing reports and dashboards.
β’ Create dataflows and lenses within the existing Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to meet business needs.
β’ Set best practices and standards for the development and deployment of dataflows, lenses, and dashboards.
β’ Develop operational and refresh standards in alignment with a globally cohesive data strategy.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, particularly in a technical application role.
β’ Experience in end-to-end project implementation, including integrations with other platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
β’ Strong comprehension of multi-tenant architecture and integration frameworks.
β’ Solid knowledge of CI/CD solutions.
β’ Good understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms, including Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
β’ Practical development experience using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
β’ Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).
β’ Proficiency in English.
β’ Willingness to travel internationally.
β’ Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
