Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with business users to identify reporting needs and create dashboards and reports that enhance data visibility for leadership, business units, and the overall user community.

• Analyze business reporting requirements and convert them into technical specifications for reports and dashboards.

• Offer guidance to both business users and technical team members on optimal methods for developing reports and dashboards.

• Create dataflows and lenses within the existing Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to meet business needs.

• Set best practices and standards for the development and deployment of dataflows, lenses, and dashboards.

• Develop operational and refresh standards in alignment with a globally cohesive data strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, particularly in a technical application role.

• Experience in end-to-end project implementation, including integrations with other platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.

• Strong comprehension of multi-tenant architecture and integration frameworks.

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD solutions.

• Good understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms, including Heroku, AWS, and Azure.

• Practical development experience using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).

• Proficiency in English.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
