This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• SI Oversight & Governance: Serve as the main technical authority on the client side, assessing, guiding, and approving the architectural designs, data models, and delivery frameworks proposed by the Systems Integrator.
• Architecture Strategy: Establish and enforce the enterprise architecture blueprint for multi-cloud environments, ensuring that there is a strong alignment between the out-of-the-box capabilities of Public Sector Solutions (PSS) and custom extensions.
• AI Transformation: Design and implement Agentforce autonomous agents to enhance constituent interactions, automate internal case management processes, and boost agent productivity.
• Core PSS & LPI Execution: Lead the blueprinting and execution of intricate regulatory processes, such as application intake, fee calculations, inspection scheduling, and compliance enforcement through the Public Sector Solutions Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection solution.
• Integration & Security: Develop secure, high-volume, real-time integrations with legacy governmental systems, ensuring complete compliance with public sector security standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
• Technical Leadership: Conduct technical design reviews, mitigate delivery risks, and convert complex governmental regulations into scalable configurations within Salesforce.
• Enterprise Salesforce Architecture: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecting large-scale Salesforce implementations, including at least 3+ years as a Program, Principal, or Technical Architect overseeing external Systems Integrator vendors.
• Public Sector Solutions (PSS): Proven, hands-on experience in designing and deploying Salesforce PSS for state, local, or federal government agencies.
• PS-LPI Domain Expertise: Direct experience in mapping governmental regulatory codes to the Licensing, Permitting, and Inspections data model, including Business Regulatory Applications, Inspection Flows, and Violation management.
• Agentforce Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to build, configure, and optimize Agentforce agents, topics, and actions for autonomous, context-aware service delivery.
• Advanced Omni Studio: Extensive expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Data Raptors/Integration Procedures, FlexCards) specifically applied to public sector intake forms and assessment indicators.
• Industry Certifications: ○ Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or System/Application Architect.
