Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Senior Salesforce Developer will act as the technical authority responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across all BusPatrol teams.

• Design and sustain custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Provide development support across Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Revenue Cloud, and CRM.

• Favor low-code/no-code solutions whenever possible; resort to custom coding only when absolutely necessary.

• Create essential Salesforce workflows, objects, and dynamic fields required to capture asset information and CRM data.

• Establish integrations between Salesforce and core systems (ERP, ITSM, telephony, data warehouse).

• Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of integrations and customizations.

• Identify and enable workflow optimization through automation and AI.

• Collaborate with Embedded Admins to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

• Work alongside Data and IT Ops teams on architecture, access, and reporting.

• Contribute to documentation, change management, and technical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.

• Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Service Cloud, FSL, Revenue Cloud).

• Salesforce certifications are mandatory: Platform Developer I (Developer II preferred).

• Strong capability to balance quick wins with sustainable, scalable solutions.

• Proficient with Salesforce Einstein, Datacloud, and Agentforce.
