This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and continually enhance the Product-to-Cash framework on Salesforce.
• Act as the architectural mentor and coach for engineers and solution designers within the Product-to-Cash domain.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Salesforce Architect to ensure alignment on architectural strategies.
• Create High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and conceptual diagrams.
• Oversee architecture and system roadmaps, making sure they adhere to platform standards.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate architectural approaches.
• Engage actively in requirement gathering to clarify scope and eliminate ambiguity.
• Collaborate with the integration team to design and govern integrations.
• Provide hands-on coaching in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ.
• Take ownership of the complete architecture of the Product-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Identify and address process and technology gaps within the Product-to-Cash system.
• Utilize an AI-first approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth handover of designs.
• Identify any requirement deficiencies and shape effective solutions.
• Enhance and evolve the Product-to-Cash solution in response to changing business needs.
• Convert business requirements into well-structured architectural solutions.
• Conduct research and create Proof of Concepts.
• Advocate for the adoption of design patterns in solution design and development.
• Collaborate with data and integration architects to maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Work closely with solution architects to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Contribute to a learning community within the enterprise architecture field.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of Salesforce experience encompassing implementation, configuration, and solution design.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ, with the capability to coach and mentor others on the platform.
• Proven track record of producing HLD, LLD, and conceptual diagrams, as well as managing architecture and system roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience in architecting and delivering comprehensive Product-to-Cash solutions, including quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfillment, billing, revenue, customer success, and customer support.
• Strong experience with billing systems and platforms, covering invoicing, billing schedules, payments, dunning, and revenue recognition.
• Experience collaborating with integration teams to design and oversee cross-system integrations.
• Proven ability to identify and rectify process and technology gaps within the Product-to-Cash value chain.
• An AI-first mindset, with familiarity in using Agent force and Claude-based solutions for addressing business and technical challenges.
• Experience with Salesforce Connected Apps (applications from the Salesforce AppExchange).
• Proven experience designing and delivering intricate B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
• Familiarity with managed packages such as Gong, DocuSign CLM, Kantata, Gainsight, Showpad, Qualtrics, or similar enterprise applications is advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem, which includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Revenue Cloud.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, C4, ArchiMate, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
