This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to our clients.
β’ Assist customers and team members in rationalizing and implementing emerging technologies that enhance business value.
β’ Provide direction to agents to facilitate delivery.
β’ Collaborate effectively and possess exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying complex concepts and employing creative, prescriptive thinking across various levels of the client organization.
β’ Identify and proactively address risk areas, ensuring issues are resolved completely.
β’ Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to intricate problems involving both clients and third-party partners.
β’ Evaluate and adjust project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to ensure programs remain on track and that solutions are scalable and maintainable moving forward.
β’ Lead the program vision while advising on and articulating project strategies to facilitate technologies, including the Salesforce platform.
β’ Over 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle, demonstrating repeated success.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Goods, with practical knowledge of CG cloud applications and a deep understanding of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management.
β’ Extensive experience in configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform.
β’ Proven ability to drive agentic delivery, with experience in AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.).
β’ Expert-level experience in defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering comprehensive solutions to achieve the desired business outcomes.
β’ Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs.
β’ Skilled in documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc., while making recommendations for enhanced future state processes and system designs.
β’ Strong presentation skills; capable of effectively presenting viewpoints and clearly articulating reasoning to various stakeholders.
β’ Detail-oriented individual with the capability to quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to create materials suitable for diverse audiences.
β’ Must be a team player, evidenced by participation in large-scale/enterprise implementations with multiple work streams.
β’ An attentive listener with the ability to engage with individuals in various roles.
β’ A resourceful and innovative thinker who can effectively navigate and resolve problems.
