Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and deliver complex architectural engagements for our clients in the Digital Commerce platform space.

• Contribute to and uphold a portfolio showcasing solutions developed across various platforms.

• Support sales teams in assessing customer requirements and performing business value evaluations to identify client value.

• Propose and demonstrate solution alternatives, business cases, prototypes, and conduct walkthroughs for stakeholders at all levels.

• Address requests for information and proposal documentation.

• Define the scope and manage the delivery of Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with potential clients.

• Identify business challenges and opportunities while considering constraints, objectives, budgets, and timelines.

• Implement architectural solutions in the capacity of an ecommerce services leader, subject matter expert, compliance overseer, and primary architectural authority on project scalability.

• Oversee the migration and implementation of client projects.

• Conduct educational workshops as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on implementation delivery within a consulting or professional services firm specializing in digital ecommerce.

• Proven recent success in selling and designing ecommerce solutions.

• Experienced in leading end-to-end engagements, providing solutions leadership, content management, and governance for consulting initiatives and projects.

• Expertise in enterprise-level ecommerce platforms such as SFCC, SAP Hybris, and Magento.

• Essential skills include strong business communication abilities that facilitate interactions between project teams and clients.

• Proficient in project management and resolving project-related challenges.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, proactive, and collaborative in nature.

• Experience with Mulesoft.

• Background as a Core Architect.

• Strong documentation skills in integration design; prior experience in leading and collaborating with geographically dispersed development teams; ability to swiftly learn new concepts and technologies and translate them into customer solutions.
