This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Take ownership of the Salesforce object model, record types, account hierarchy, and relationships to ensure the data structure aligns with business operations across our four product lines.
β’ Address structural challenges hindering clean reporting, including account hierarchy, duplicate records, and field-level data integrity, while maintaining ongoing governance.
β’ Transform data processes currently outside the platform, such as deduplication and partner/account matching, into governed, repeatable workflows within Salesforce.
β’ Manage the integration layer between Salesforce, DealHub, and other revenue systems, designing integrations to be sustainable and observable instead of fragile.
β’ Identify and resolve quote-to-cash issues that disrupt reporting and delay deals, including inaccuracies in pricing, product configuration, and revenue fields.
β’ Develop the data layer, report types, and dashboards that provide RevOps, Finance, and the leadership team with a unified source of truth, aligned with finance-validated figures used by the board.
β’ Eliminate the manual workarounds currently employed by RevOps to address platform limitations.
β’ Oversee the development lifecycle across sandboxes, version control, deployment, testing, and release management, while establishing technical standards to maintain a clean platform as it scales.
β’ Prioritize and resolve platform issues, collaborating with the Revenue Operations Administrator to distinguish between declarative and engineered solutions.
β’ Collaborate with the RevOps Lead on the platform roadmap and convert commercial requirements into technical designs.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and the declarative toolset, with the discernment to determine the appropriate use of each.
β’ Demonstrated experience in data modeling and platform architecture, preferably in a multi-product B2B SaaS setting.
β’ Practical integration experience utilizing Salesforce APIs and middleware, with a proven record of resolving or replacing fragile integrations.
β’ Experience in creating reports and dashboards that finance and leadership depend on, along with a clear understanding of how data quality impacts reporting accuracy.
β’ Adherence to disciplined development practices involving source control, sandboxes, testing, and managed deployment (e.g., Gearset or similar tools).
β’ Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical decisions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
β’ Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving, documentation, process design, testing, and operational efficiency. Able to recognize where AI adds value, apply it responsibly, and exercise sound judgment regarding accuracy, data security, and appropriate business applications.
