Senior Salesforce Developer – International Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement architectural best practices and guide the development team by delivering training or providing hands-on support during the development process, while also validating the technical solutions produced by the team;

• As needed, create efficient, concise, and testable code adhering to software development best practices;

• Embrace continuous improvement methodologies for proposed solutions, consistently aiming to present options to the client that enhance the quality of delivered solutions;

• Possess strong analytical reasoning skills for effective problem-solving;

• Maintain professional documentation of all activities performed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working on Salesforce projects

• Experience with HRBC: Package development

• Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, Apex, LWC, Flow, and hold Service Cloud Admin certification

• Familiarity with Agentforce DevOps Org

• Knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, and LWC

• Expertise in CI/CD, Git, Flow, and hold Admin certification

• Proficient in English at a C1 level

• Excellent communication skills

• Direct, clear, and fact-oriented approach

• Ability to provide open and objective criticism (not personal)
