This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a fully remote team of licensed Life Insurance Agents, ensuring that the team meets and surpasses monthly objectives.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to Agents, enabling them to achieve and exceed personal sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Enhance the performance and loyalty of sales agents through consistent, thoughtful, and data-driven management practices.
• Exemplify strong leadership in guiding teams through transitions within a rapidly growing environment. Cultivate a sales culture that emphasizes a high-performance mindset.
• Passionate about the employee satisfaction of our sales team, leading a group dedicated to positivity and continuous improvement, while confidently setting ambitious goals and possessing the leadership skills to align efforts to achieve them.
• Capable of creating and nurturing a vibrant and growth-oriented team environment in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate effectively with other internal teams, such as billing, operations, finance, product, marketing, and more.
• At least 2 years of experience in B2C inside sales leadership.
• A minimum of 4 years in the telesales insurance sector, specifically in a management capacity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Ability to lead effectively in uncertain conditions and within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Exceptional skills in coaching sales teams on navigating a complex sales process that may involve multiple decision-makers and influencers.
• Strong familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
