Senior Salesforce Developer – Health Cloud, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy features for Salesforce Health Cloud utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow.

• Collaborate with the MuleSoft integration team to create and manage Salesforce integrations through REST APIs and Platform Events.

• Meet sprint goals in a parallel-track delivery framework with tight deadlines.

• Utilize Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot as the primary tools for daily development tasks.

• Integrate COE-developed agents into Salesforce workflows.

• Generate and confirm unit tests along with Apex test coverage with the assistance of AI technology.

• Ensure AI-generated code complies with ACTICS quality standards prior to submission.

• Collaborate with the AI Solutions Engineer on the integration of agents on the Salesforce side and the secure handling of Salesforce data and actions.

• Contribute reusable prompts and patterns to the communal prompt/pattern library.

• Engage in code review sessions, providing constructive feedback to enhance COE agents.

• Maintain PHI/HIPAA compliance in Salesforce and AI-assisted projects.

• Deliver features on the ACTICS roadmap at accelerated AI-driven velocity targets.

• Integrate COE-developed agents into Salesforce workflows for prioritized use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud or a similar Salesforce industry cloud.

• Proven experience in developing Salesforce integrations utilizing REST APIs, Platform Events, and external services.

• Demonstrated proficiency or strong willingness to adopt Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Einstein for Developers.

• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques for code creation.

• Capability to critically assess AI-generated code.

• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced environment with compressed timelines and parallel tracks.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or Patient Services domains is preferred.

• Exposure to AI agents, RAG, or LLM-based workflows is preferred.

• Familiarity with MuleSoft or DataWeave is preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Health Cloud, ACTICS, Git, Azure DevOps, and JIRA.

• Ability to adhere to PHI/HIPAA compliance standards.
