Senior Salesforce Architect, Enterprise Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the design, governance, integration, and optimization of the organization’s Salesforce platform, ensuring its connectivity with the wider GTM technology stack.

• Act as the principal technical authority for Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Technology, SDU, and external vendors.

• Manage end-to-end solution design for Salesforce implementations, enhancements, customizations, and integrations.

• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, data models, technical specifications, and solution documentation.

• Review and approve technical designs, serving as the final escalation point for enterprise Salesforce architecture decisions.

• Provide technical leadership throughout planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release stabilization phases.

• Oversee program health, ensuring alignment with roadmaps and standards.

• Design and supervise integrations between Salesforce and enterprise/GTM systems.

• Establish data governance, master data management, and data quality controls.

• Develop and enhance governance processes, including release management, change control, and environment strategy.

• Ensure adherence to security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

• Conduct architecture reviews and platform health assessments.

• Advise Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership on Salesforce capabilities and roadmap opportunities.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.

• Mentor Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and external consultants.

• Assist with vendor selection, recruitment, and resource planning.

• Encourage collaborative, professional, solution-oriented communication and shared productivity goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred.

• Salesforce Certified System Architect preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.

• 10–12+ years of Salesforce experience.

• 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Architect role.

• Extensive expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Platform.

• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools.

• Process-focused and detail-oriented, committed to precise documentation.

• Technologically proficient with the ability to learn, utilize, and navigate various internal and external systems.

• Must currently reside in the U.S.

• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including weekly travel for client meetings and executive presentations.
