Salesforce Solution Consultant, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate workshops for customer discovery and requirements gathering.

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions in accordance with Salesforce Professional Services Methodology and the Well-Architected framework.

• Create Technical Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications.

• Collaborate with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, and Engagement Delivery Managers.

• Act as a functional subject matter expert on Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Assist in UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.

• Contribute to go-live readiness, data migration validation, training support, and hypercare coverage.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and onboarding initiatives.

• Maintain utilization targets that align with AMERS delivery standards while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis within a Professional Services or delivery environment.

• US Citizenship is contractually mandated.

• Must be capable of obtaining a Secret clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Practical experience with Salesforce configuration.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials.

• Familiarity with the complete services engagement lifecycle from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live.

• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and effective communication with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to document and communicate solution designs through Technical Design Documents (TDDs), process flows, and configuration guides.

• Comfortable operating within matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams.

• Relevant industry experience is advantageous.

• Experience with Agentforce.
