Salesforce Solution Consultant, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert customer business needs into scalable and optimal Salesforce solutions.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.

• Design and set up Salesforce solutions in accordance with SPSM and the Well-Architected framework.

• Create Technical Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications.

• Work collaboratively with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, and Engagement Delivery Managers.

• Act as a functional subject matter expert on Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Assist in UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.

• Contribute to go-live readiness, data migration validation, training support, and hypercare coverage.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and onboarding initiatives.

• Maintain utilization targets in alignment with AMERS delivery standards.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least THREE (3) years of experience in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Professional Services or delivery environment.

• Practical experience in Salesforce configuration.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials.

• Understanding of the complete services engagement lifecycle from discovery and design to build, UAT, and go-live.

• Strong facilitation abilities for leading workshops and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Capability to document and articulate solution designs through TDDs, process flows, and configuration guides.

• Comfortable collaborating in matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams.

• US Citizenship is required by contract.

• Must be eligible to obtain up to a Secret clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Relevant industry experience is advantageous.

• Experience with Agentforce is a plus.
