This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and develop tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Create and sustain Salesforce integrations with external systems through REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect/OData, and platform events.
• Write and uphold Apex unit tests to ensure compliance with code coverage and quality standards prior to deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce components and code developed by other programmers, including AppExchange packages.
• Oversee sandbox deployments by leveraging version control and CI/CD tools while adhering to change control and release management protocols.
• Collaborate on data architectures, user interfaces, business logic, and security measures for custom applications.
• Assist in regression testing for Salesforce updates and platform upgrades.
• Develop and enhance Sales Cloud, Salesforce Mobile App, and Experience Cloud functionalities.
• Configure fields, objects, page layouts, workflows, and Flow automation processes.
• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, security levels, hierarchy, and territory modifications.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and implement requests for enhancements.
• Support legacy-system migration and Salesforce data import processes.
• Monitor integration exception logs and enhance data quality through duplicate merging and mass data updates.
• Create and sustain reports and dashboards, including folder structures and access permissions.
• Develop complex automation-driven reports and respond to ad hoc reporting inquiries.
• Document solutions, internal processes, workflows, and field mappings.
• Establish new processes and corresponding reporting mechanisms.
• Provide second-level Salesforce support for Service Desk incidents.
• Train and guide end users and Salesforce team members.
• Communicate system features, enhancements, and modifications to users.
• Enhance the end-user experience and foster platform adoption.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of Salesforce development experience, specifically with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of standard Salesforce functionalities and experience in augmenting them through custom coding or external-system integrations.
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD or release management tools, such as Salesforce DX, Gearset, or Copado.
• Experience in debugging components and code developed by other developers.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I or II, or CPQ Specialist certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is advantageous.
• Results-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
