Senior Salesforce Developer – Data Cloud Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the development, enhancement, and management of the data layer within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Assist with Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Agentforce initiatives.

• Structure and oversee Salesforce Data Cloud as the main platform for data consolidation, modeling, and consumption.

• Ensure seamless integration of information from various sources, including Salesforce and AWS environments.

• Design a scalable, secure, and insight-driven data architecture.

• Facilitate data consumption through management dashboards, intelligent automation, and AI-driven solutions.

• Configure, administer, and enhance Salesforce Data Cloud as the core data and analytics layer.

• Establish processes for data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning for various platform consumers.

• Implement and manage Data Streams and Data Pipelines for the integration of structured and semi-structured data.

• Develop scalable data models utilizing native Salesforce Data Cloud features.

• Implement strategies for profile unification and identity management.

• Create and maintain Calculated Insights to produce operational metrics, usage indicators, and advanced analyses.

• Configure integrations with external services via REST APIs.

• Integrate and utilize data from AWS platforms such as S3 and Lambda.

• Implement real-time events using Salesforce Platform Events and the Streaming API.

• Build executive and operational dashboards utilizing CRM Analytics and Lightning Dashboards.

• Create and manage custom objects, fields, relationships, and data structures within Salesforce.

• Develop automations through Apex and Flow Builder.

• Ensure adherence to data security, governance, and traceability standards.

• Prepare and contextualize data for AI and Agentforce solutions.

• Produce both technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions.

• Collaborate with Architecture, AWS, Agentforce, Development, and QA teams.

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Proficiency in the implementation and administration of Data Streams.

• Experience in configuring Data Pipelines.

• Expertise in data modeling and information governance.

• Skills in profile unification and identity resolution.

• Ability to create Calculated Insights.

• Proficiency in structuring analytical layers and business metrics.

• Experience with Salesforce Platform Events.

• Knowledge of the Streaming API.

• Development and customization of Salesforce objects.

• Creation of Custom Objects, Custom Fields, and relationships.

• Development of automations using Apex and Flow Builder.

• Integration with REST APIs.

• API consumption and exposure skills.

• Integration experience with AWS environments.

• Knowledge of data ingestion from S3, Lambda, and other external sources.

• Experience in data- and analytics-driven projects.

• Proficiency in building dashboards using CRM Analytics, Lightning Dashboards, and advanced Salesforce Reports.

• Definition and monitoring of KPIs and adoption metrics.

• Familiarity with LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and data protection best practices.

• Access control management based on profiles and permissions.

• Skills in encryption and traceability of sensitive data.

• Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance.

• Experience in projects involving Generative AI, Salesforce AI, or Agentforce.

• Ability to structure and contextualize data for use in prompts, intelligent automations, and AI-driven analyses.
