This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Execute enhancements to a current Salesforce managed package.

• Diagnose and resolve production issues as well as customer-reported problems.

• Develop and sustain Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related metadata.

• Enhance bidirectional synchronization between Salesforce and our SaaS platform.

• Support package releases, testing efforts, and bug resolution.

• Engage in code reviews and collaborate with architects on technical design aspects.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and test cases as appropriate.

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficient in Apex programming.

• Demonstrated experience in building Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and contemporary development workflows.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and external integrations.

• Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience working within existing enterprise Salesforce codebases.

• Ability to work independently with minimal onboarding time.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Preferred experience in developing or maintaining managed packages, with ISV experience being advantageous.

• Experience with asynchronous Apex, including Queueables, Batch Apex, and Future methods.

• Knowledge of Custom Metadata Types.

• Familiarity with Connected Apps, OAuth, and Named Credentials.

• Understanding of Second Generation Packaging (2GP).

• Experience in developing web applications using React, Node, Express, and MongoDB.
