• Actively participate in configuring solutions and assist the development team.

• Conduct ongoing Salesforce administrative tasks, encompassing user management.

• Execute and uphold customizations and enhancements according to client specifications.

• Proactively oversee Salesforce instances for health and performance concerns.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and provide prompt resolutions for issues.

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to establish clear use cases.

• Conduct rapid analysis and breakdown of intricate business information.

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of firm-approved, AI-driven solutions for clients.

• Stay updated on new AI tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of professional consulting experience.

• Over 1 year of practical Salesforce configuration experience.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A proactive self-starter able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Comfort with AI technologies.
