This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of customer records for data accuracy and effective usability across the CRM ecosystem.
• Conduct regular data hygiene audits and collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager and technical partners to address any issues.
• Develop and enhance customer segments to facilitate personalized communications.
• Aid the Senior CRM Manager in strategizing and executing CRM campaigns through email, SMS, and other lifecycle channels.
• Create, test, and launch campaigns, both manually and automatically, ensuring impeccable execution.
• Establish tagging, triggers, and basic automation within the CRM platform.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, engagement, and churn indicators, while sharing insights with the Senior CRM Manager.
• Assist with A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Maintain dashboards and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Product teams to support CRM initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging across channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Address CRM requirements for promotions, product launches, and significant lifecycle events.
• Support the management of CRM platform updates, integrations, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Work with vendors or platform representatives as necessary, under the direction of the Senior CRM Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Required hands-on experience in building email templates and independently deploying campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Proven competence in overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, email setup, QA/testing, scheduling, and launch—not limited to campaign support.
• Familiarity with SFMC tools like Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder for creating and managing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is necessary for constructing or modifying email templates.
• Strong grasp of personalization, dynamic content, segmentation best practices, and experience with AMPscript.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a history of accurate, error-free campaign deployment.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Team-oriented with a growth mindset and dedication to continuous improvement.
• Candidates should be ready to discuss specific campaigns they have personally built and executed in SFMC, including their role in the process and the outcomes achieved.
• Knowledge of SQL is advantageous, but not mandatory.
