Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain Salesforce solutions in accordance with best practices and development standards of the platform.

• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce.

• Implement Agile development methodologies through iterative cycles.

• Create and develop reusable, maintainable components, code, and libraries.

• Adhere to deployment and release management protocols; document and track changes via source control.

• Conduct unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, and ensure test coverage activities.

• Diagnose technical issues, pinpoint root causes, and execute solutions.

• Oversee and enhance system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and technical teams.

• Contribute to the enhancement of Salesforce development standards, tools, and delivery processes.

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce architectural principles, security protocols, and governance requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer within enterprise Salesforce environments.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development and platform functionalities.

• Experience in creating scalable and reusable Salesforce components and solutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment, release management, and source control methodologies.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and development standards.

• Experience in unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, and quality assurance methodologies.

• Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork across functions.
