Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions aimed at enhancing customer service operations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to implement scalable functionalities.

• Build solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.

• Configure and optimize case management, Omni-Channel routing, queues, entitlements, milestones, and Knowledge.

• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

• Diagnose issues, enhance performance, and uphold security and data integrity.

• Perform code reviews, assist with testing and deployments, and mentor junior developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of Salesforce development experience, with significant hands-on expertise in Service Cloud.

• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Salesforce integration patterns.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred.

• Platform Developer II and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are advantageous.
