Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform automation tools.

• Create and maintain custom applications, business logic, triggers, batch processes, and asynchronous processing solutions while following Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

• Generate and uphold technical documentation, development standards, and solution designs.

• Build and enhance Salesforce functionalities that support producer management, wholesaler workflows, territory management, pipeline visibility, and tracking of sales activities.

• Develop user-centric solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency, data quality, user adoption, and reporting capabilities.

• Assist in enhancing security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and permission structures to ensure proper access controls.

• Design, develop, and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.

• Configure and support Connected Apps, Named Credentials, OAuth authentication, and associated integration technologies.

• Create scalable automation solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of Salesforce development experience, including proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Extensive experience in building and supporting Salesforce applications within enterprise environments.

• Proven experience in developing REST and SOAP API integrations with both internal and external systems.

• Experience in designing scalable solutions within Salesforce's security and data model framework.

• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and platform automation functionalities.

• Experience working in Agile development teams while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Preferred experience in supporting business-critical applications in regulated industries such as insurance, financial services, healthcare, or banking.
