Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Analyze and refine business requirements while aligning them with Salesforce capabilities.

• Write code (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), establish integrations with back-office systems (often utilizing middleware tools), and design data solutions to develop Salesforce applications.

• Lead, develop, and test Mulesoft applications for various internal and external integrations with Salesforce.

• Oversee and engage in the development lifecycle from design through testing, release, and operations & maintenance.

• Guide and evaluate solutions and code produced by team members.

• Contribute to the Salesforce Center of Excellence.

• Test solutions as part of the release process.

• Diagnose user issues and resolve bugs.

• Assist in the creation of documentation for users, customers, and team members related to Salesforce.

• Possess advanced problem-solving abilities to address software and application challenges.

• Adhere to established Salesforce development standards and best practices.

• Capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or another engineering or technical field is mandatory, accompanied by 8+ years of experience.

• An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• Expertise in Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud design and implementation.

• Proven experience with Mulesoft.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform programming languages (e.g., Apex, JavaScript).

• Experience in developing APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working on an Agile scrum team.

• Web application development skills, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5.

• Salesforce Certifications and Trailhead Badges are preferred.
