This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the strategic steward of Salesforce platform integrity, encompassing configuration, architecture, governance, and operational health.
• Establish and uphold best practices for Salesforce automation, emphasizing Flow design standards, reuse, testing discipline, naming conventions, and long-term sustainment.
• Oversee platform governance regarding user permissions, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access models to guarantee least-privilege access and scalable administration.
• Collaborate with Security, Business Systems, RevOps, and leadership to ensure that Salesforce administration and architecture comply with security and compliance mandates.
• Develop and sustain system change management processes that facilitate audit compliance, release discipline, change traceability, testing rigor, and documentation standards.
• Design and enhance scalable platform structures, business processes, and control frameworks that enable growth while minimizing operational risk.
• Evaluate proposed system modifications for architectural integrity, downstream effects, compliance ramifications, and supportability.
• Lead intricate cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, rollout, and subsequent adoption.
• Enhance platform reliability and operational efficiency by pinpointing opportunities to streamline design, diminish technical debt, and standardize administration practices.
• Collaborate with analytics and data teams to bolster data integrity, reporting reliability, and executive visibility.
• Assess new platform capabilities, integrations, and administrative patterns, focusing on scalability, security, and business value.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership regarding Salesforce strategy, governance trade-offs, platform risks, and operational scalability.
• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
• Profound Salesforce expertise, including platform architecture, security model design, automation, reporting, dashboards, data architecture, and governance.
• Extensive experience in establishing and governing best practices for Flows and other automation frameworks in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proven track record in designing scalable permission models and managing user access with a strong emphasis on control discipline.
• Solid understanding of change management, release governance, and audit-supporting processes for business-critical systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex systems implementations, platform redesigns, or process transformation initiatives.
• Practical application of AI to address complex systems and operational challenges.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quantifiable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to balance platform governance, compliance, and business usability.
