This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• In the role of Salesforce Solution Architect at KIPP Foundation, you will be the key technical authority for our Salesforce platforms, functioning as a hands-on architect and lead developer responsible for platform strategy, enterprise solution design, and execution within KIPP’s national Salesforce ecosystem.
• You will design and execute scalable Salesforce solutions that align with KIPP’s enterprise technology strategy, converting business requirements into robust, high-quality technical architectures.
• You will architect integrations among Salesforce, Azure, SQL Server, and third-party systems utilizing REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware patterns, while also establishing API standards, security protocols, and monitoring practices.
• You will provide technical supervision, architecture assessments, and code evaluations for external contractors and consulting partners, ensuring the quality, maintainability, security, and compliance of solutions with KIPP standards.
• You will be responsible for the Salesforce platform roadmap, which includes org strategy, management of sandboxes and environments, security model, data architecture, deployment processes, and release management.
• A minimum of 8 years in enterprise technology, including at least 3 years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer position.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture across Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, NPSP, and Nonprofit Cloud, with a strong grasp of scalability, governor limits, and enterprise solution design.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integrations utilizing event-driven architecture patterns.
• Experience with LDV strategies, data modeling, migration planning, platform optimization, and the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven workflow automation.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into technical roadmaps.
