📋 Description

• Manage client accounts, projects, and engagements effectively.

• Lead and provide consultation on Salesforce configurations.

• Serve as the primary facilitator of the project.

• Assist customers in navigating the change management process.

• Ensure the successful execution of technical components.

• Maintain responsibility for the quality of delivery.

• Conduct business analysis to design and implement Salesforce within the client's environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in professional services.

• Proven experience in implementing Salesforce.

• Proficient in configuring Salesforce.

• Experience in leading Salesforce optimization initiatives.

• Background in providing Salesforce managed services.

• Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and solution design.

• Strong preference for prior experience with configuring clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.

• Competence in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
