Mid-level Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance solutions utilizing the Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Implement customizations, configurations, and integrations while adhering to the platform's best practices.

• Create components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

• Participate in the implementation of integrations with corporate systems using REST APIs, SOAP, and Web Services.

• Engage in the analysis, investigation, and resolution of technical issues related to Salesforce solutions.

• Contribute to versioning processes, deployment, and best development practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, following agile methodologies.

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence resources and Agentforce to enhance solution delivery and user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in development on the Salesforce platform.

• Knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with declarative (Point-and-Click) and programmatic development.

• Experience with integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, ETL, and Web Services.

• Knowledge of code versioning and deployment processes on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in agile and collaborative environments.

• Understanding of Agentforce and a keen interest in applying Artificial Intelligence within the Salesforce ecosystem.
