Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of Salesforce solutions utilizing various Cloud platforms.

• Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions through both configuration and customization approaches.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements, assess business processes, and provide scalable solutions.

• Create Salesforce components utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

• Work in close partnership with solution architects and functional consultants to develop scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud.

• Connect Salesforce with external systems through APIs and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP CPI).

• Engage in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities.

• Contribute to DevOps automation using tools such as Git, Gearset, or DevOps Center.

• Recommend enhancements to performance, reusability, or developer experience.

• Assist in resolving defects, implementing enhancements, and supporting roll-out activities.

• Remain current with the latest Salesforce innovations and actively participate in internal initiatives and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of practical experience in Salesforce development.

• Proficient in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow.

• Experience in implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Commerce solutions.

• Knowledge of integration design, platform limitations, and test automation methodologies.

• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD tools.

• Experience in structured project teams or consulting environments.

• Eagerness to learn about Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud and apply it in real-world scenarios.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.

• Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.

• Proven motivation to enhance processes—whether through performance improvements, automation, or usability enhancements.

• Capability to collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams.

• A learning-oriented mindset that adapts to enterprise-scale environments.

• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer).
