📋 Description

• Design and sustain Salesforce applications utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.

• Facilitate technical discussions and assist in solution design in collaboration with architects.

• Guide junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and mentorship.

• Infuse your public health insights into technical decisions and design discussions.

• Produce clean, well-documented, and testable code that establishes the team standard.

• Identify and address intricate technical issues.

• Partner with QA to guarantee high-quality outcomes.

• Aid in translating public health requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Provide constructive and supportive feedback during code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Salesforce development.

• 1-3 years of experience in a governmental public health agency (local, state, federal, or tribal).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory (Platform Developer II is preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Proven experience in mentoring or guiding junior developers.
