Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions in alignment with business requirements.

• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to facilitate business processes.

• Create custom solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Develop scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.

• Convert requirements into effective solutions alongside business and technical teams.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.

• Diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce issues.

• Assist in deployment and release activities.

• Lead and mentor a group of 4–5 Salesforce Developers.

• Offer technical guidance and support to junior team members.

• Review code, assign tasks, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Be prepared to work extended shifts as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, customization, and solution design.

• Practical experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of 4–5 developers in the current position.

• Readiness to work extended shifts.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket is preferred.
