Senior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of standard configurations and tailored development on the Salesforce platform, including data migration activities.

• Create and develop bespoke solutions on Salesforce utilizing Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

• Develop and design integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless interaction within a multi-ORG setup.

• Work collaboratively with regional and global IT teams to identify and implement solutions for process improvements or business needs.

• Remain informed about Salesforce features and functionalities to maximize the platform's usage.

• Engage in code reviews to uphold code quality and adhere to best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

• Practical experience in developing intricate solutions within Salesforce environments, including automation and component migrations.

• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Experience in both B2B and B2C contexts, particularly within Salesforce community settings.

• Understanding of version control and DevOps methodologies, such as GitLab and Salesforce DX.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Comprehension of object-oriented principles and basic knowledge of RDBMS.

• Salesforce certifications are advantageous.

• Ability to gather and analyze requirements, along with experience in designing solutions using the Salesforce platform.

• Knowledge of CRM and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
