Senior Salesforce Developer – AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, customize, and oversee Salesforce solutions with an emphasis on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, APIs, and integrations;

• Deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions throughout the Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and connections with external AI models;

• Develop agents, actions, skills, prompts, flows, and intelligent automation tailored to clients' business processes;

• Create reusable components to expedite deliveries in Salesforce projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability;

• Establish integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, events, webhooks, and middleware platforms;

• Engage in technical analysis of requirements, identifying impacts, dependencies, risks, and optimal implementation alternatives;

• Work with agentic frameworks and generative AI;

• Develop agentic flows aimed at automating development, technical support, requirements analysis, code generation, code review, and documentation;

• Implement integrations between AI agents and corporate systems, ensuring traceability, security, and control of executed actions;

• Create and maintain reusable technical artifacts such as agent templates, structured prompts, actions, MCPs, skills, and automation components;

• Oversee versioning and Salesforce deployment processes utilizing CI/CD best practices, Git, pipelines, sandboxes, and release strategies;

• Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure coverage, quality, and safety of deliveries;

• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices, security, data governance, and architecture standards;

• Serve as a technical reference for junior and mid-level developers, providing support for inquiries, reviews, and technical decisions;

• Translate business requirements into feasible technical solutions within the Salesforce and AI ecosystems;

• Remain informed on Salesforce releases, Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, generative AI, automation, and trends in AI-driven development;

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field;

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, and integrations);

• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce;

• Experience with Generative AI and agentic AI (Einstein AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar);

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, events, webhooks, and enterprise integrations;

• Proficient in Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and deployment processes;

• Understanding of development best practices, testing, security, and solution architecture;

• Capability to define technical solutions and assist developers;

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, AI Associate, or AI Specialist);

• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms;

• Postgraduate degree or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields;
