• Act as a Senior Consultant, managing functional delivery and execution for customers.
• Offer industry-leading best practices and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce and/or Amazon platforms (such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Knowledge, Amazon Connect).
• Convert business requirements into scalable solution designs and configurations.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in long-term customer relationships.
• Lead the gathering of requirements and serve as the expert for Salesforce and/or Amazon platforms.
• Oversee client and team onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with customers to outline and manage the Backlog.
• Develop User Personas.
• Write and refine User Stories.
• Break down User Stories into actionable Tasks.
• Simultaneously manage 3–4 managed services engagements, supported by global delivery teams.
• Monitor budget consumption, timelines, and resource allocation according to contracts.
• Manage engagement status, risks, issues, and client communications.
• Execute routine and complex Salesforce configurations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the Delivery Owner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach junior functional and technical team members.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce and Amazon capabilities.
• 3-5+ years of direct experience with the Salesforce platform, addressing complex use cases across its breadth.
• Extensive experience in business processes, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong grasp of the entire Salesforce Platform and its architecture; familiarity with Amazon products is advantageous.
• Eager and capable of learning new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing experience in areas such as Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and Delivering Solution Options.
• Proficient in crafting user stories with estimation/sizing and release planning.
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Additional Salesforce Certifications or accreditations are a plus, particularly AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, or CPQ Specialist.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent communication capabilities.
