• Act as a Senior Consultant, managing functional delivery and execution for customers.
• Offer industry-leading practices and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce and/or Amazon platforms (e.g., Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Knowledge, Amazon Connect).
• Convert business requirements into scalable solution designs and configurations.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation during long-term customer engagements.
• Lead the gathering of requirements and serve as the expert on Salesforce and/or Amazon platforms.
• Oversee onboarding activities for clients and team members.
• Collaborate with customers to define and manage the Backlog.
• Establish User Personas.
• Draft and refine User Stories.
• Break down User Stories into actionable Tasks.
• Manage 3–4 concurrent services engagements, supported by global delivery teams.
• Monitor budget consumption, timeline, and resource staffing according to contract terms.
• Take ownership of engagement status, risks, issues, and client communications.
• Execute routine and complex Salesforce configuration and enhancements.
• 3-5+ years of practical experience with the Salesforce platform, addressing complex use cases utilizing its full breadth.
• Extensive experience in business processes, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of the complete Salesforce Platform and its architecture; knowledge of Amazon products is an advantage.
• Eager and capable of learning new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-facing experience in areas such as Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and delivering solution options to customers.
• Experience in writing user stories with estimation/sizing and release planning.
• Certified Salesforce.com Admin, holding either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Any additional Salesforce certifications or accreditations are advantageous, particularly in AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, or CPQ Specialist.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
