Senior Salesforce Consultant – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Deliver business analysis consulting services for enterprise initiatives that encompass various phases and platforms.

• Collaborate with development team members to create innovative and potentially complex, state-of-the-art solutions to fill functional gaps.

• Act as a mentor and advisor for fellow consultant team members.

• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to company leadership.

• Effectively and professionally coordinate and communicate with external client resources.

• Uphold project methodologies and procedures for projects, platforms, features, teams, divisions, and relevant company-wide processes.

• Comprehend data requirements and work with data analysts to address any data needs.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm (or other large enterprises).

• At least 3+ years of experience in business analysis for technology or technology services implementation projects.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis for implementation projects related to technologies.

• Proven track record of successful solution crafting in Salesforce implementation or administration.

• Preferred: 1+ years of business analysis experience in the non-profit or association sector.

• Additional experience with AMS or CRM systems like NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics, etc.

• Experience in administering or extensively using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations.

• Background in finance and accounting or implementation of technology platforms.
