Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and confirm business requirements with stakeholders from business, IT, and management.

• Convert business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices.

• Oversee and coordinate the entire implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Ensure that the solutions delivered offer measurable business value and meet established objectives.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to guarantee effective communication and alignment.

• Offer insights on Salesforce capabilities, architectural choices, and CRM strategy.

• Promote continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and associated processes.

• Create and maintain solution designs, process descriptions, and other documentation.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams and aid in the long-term sustainability of solutions.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with project standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Consultant.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.

• Strong proficiency in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.

• Comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and ecosystem of the Salesforce platform.

• Experience in transforming complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• High level of ownership, responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international settings.

• Proactive attitude focused on delivering business value.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Proficiency in German at a C1 level.

• Additional Salesforce certifications, project references, client-facing international experience, and a willingness to participate in on-site activities are advantageous.
